Endosurgical Settlement Immediate Notice: We are actively assisting the health care industry with another antitrust settlement refund. It is a settlement fund with 13 Million dollars for facilities that purchased either directly or indirectly, Endosurgical Products from J&J or Ethicon, between December 19th, 2001 and October 20th, 2008.
